ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମନରଞ୍ଜନ ସହ ସହରର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ପାର୍କ। କୋଟି କୋଟି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ବାସ୍ତବ ଅବସ୍ଥା କିଛି ଭିନ୍ନ। ଦୟନୀୟ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ପଡ଼ିରହିଛି ପାର୍କ । ଏବେ ଏହା ଅସାମାଜିକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଆଡ୍ଡାସ୍ଥଳୀ ପାଲଟିଛି। ପାର୍କ କାମ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ସବୁ କିଛି ଚକାଚକ ଦେଖାଯାଉଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ପାର୍କ କାମ ସରିବାର ମାତ୍ର ଦିନ କେଇଟା ପରେ ଶ୍ରୀହିନ ହୋଇଗଲା ମନୋରମ ପରିବେଶ। ଆଗକୁ ଯଦି ଠିକ୍ ଭାବେ ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ କରା ନଯାଏ, ତେବେ ଯାହା କିଛି ଅଛି ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯିବା ନେଇ ଆଶଙ୍କା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବାସିନ୍ଦା। ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଉମରକୋଟ ପୌରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଥିବା ଏକ ପାର୍କରେ ପ୍ରାୟ କୋଟିଏ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ କିଭଳି ଲୋକଙ୍କ କାମରେ ଆସୁନି, ଦେଖିବା ରିପୋର୍ଟ ।
