Former ORHDC Managing Director and IAS officer Binod Kumar has been convicted once again in a corruption case. The Vigilance Court found him guilty for the twelfth time, holding him responsible for misappropriation of government funds amounting to ₹52.95 lakh.

The court convicted Binod Kumar along with six others and sentenced them to three years of rigorous imprisonment in each case, along with monetary fines.
