Odisha has taken a landmark step towards gender equality by including a 'Third Gender' option in the Odisha Civil Services application forms. Transgender candidates can now aspire to roles such as Vidyut Officer, Tahsildar, and Collector. Registration and application periods have also been extended for this exam cycle.
