୨୭ ସକାଳୁ ବାତ୍ୟା । ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ଏନେଇ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛି । ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ଲଘୁଚାପ ଅଧିକ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ୨୭ ସକାଳେ ବାତ୍ୟାର ରୂପ ନେବ । ଏହା ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୨୭ରୁ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ପବନ ହେବ । ୨୮ ଓ ୨୯ରେ ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ସାଙ୍ଗକୁ ଝଡତୋଫାନ ହେବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ସମୟରେ ପବନର ବେଗ ଘଣ୍ଟା ପ୍ରତି ୬୦ରୁ ୭୦ କିମି ରହିପାରେ । ବାତ୍ୟା କେଉଁଠି ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡଫଲ କରିବ ଜଣାପଡିନଥିଲେ ବି ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରକୁ ଅଧିକ କ୍ଷତି ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଓଡିଶାରେ କେବଳ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବ। ତିନି ଦିନ ଧରି ବର୍ଷା ପବନ ରହିଛି ।

The Indian Meteorological Department has confirmed that a low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal is intensifying into a cyclone from the morning of 27th October. Andhra Pradesh is expected to face severe impacts, while Odisha will experience heavy rainfall over the next three days.

Wind speeds may reach 60–70 km/h, accompanied by heavy rainfall and storm conditions. Meteorologists warn that even if the cyclone's exact landfall is uncertain, Andhra Pradesh is likely to face major effects.
