ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବାର ବିକଳ ଚିତ୍ର। ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଦେଲେନି, ରାସ୍ତା କଡ଼ରେ ଫିଙ୍ଗିଦେଲେ ସରକାରୀ ଔଷଧ। ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ରେମୁଣା ବ୍ଲକ ଶ୍ରୀଜଙ୍ଗ–ରସାଳପୁର ରାସ୍ତାର ଶ୍ରୀଜଙ୍ଗ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟକେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଠାରୁ ମାତ୍ର କିଛି କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୂରରେ ରାସ୍ତା କଡ଼ରେ ପଡ଼ିଛି ମେଞ୍ଚା ମେଞ୍ଚା ଔଷଧ । ଏହି ସବୁ ଔଷଧର ଅବଧି ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୨୦୨୬ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଥିଲେ ବି ଏହାକୁ ଫୋପାଡ଼ି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ନ ଦେଇ କାହିଁକି ଓ କିଏ ଫିଙ୍ଗିଛି ତାକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠିଛି ।
A shocking picture of health service negligence has emerged near the Srijang Primary Health Centre on the Srijang–Rasalpur road in Remuna block of Balasore. Government-supplied medicines, intended to be provided free to patients, were found dumped on the roadside. Many of these packs contained essential supplements like iron and folic acid, and even had expiry dates as far ahead as September 2026.
