ଜୟଦେବ ବିହାର-ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ଯାଏଁ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଏଲିଭେଟେଡ଼ କରିଡ଼ର । ୯୫୨ କୋଟି ବ୍ୟୟରେ ଆଜି ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ଯେଉଁ ଥିରେ ଜୟଦେବ ବିହାର , କଳିଙ୍ଗ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଛକ, ଡମଣା ଛକ ଓ କିଟ୍ ଛକ ରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ ଫ୍ଲାଏ ଓଭର। ଜୟଦେବ ବିହାର ଛକରେ ୪ ଲେନ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ କେବୁଲ ଷ୍ଟେ ବ୍ରିଜ କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା ରହିଛି । ରାସ୍ତାର ଦୁଇ ପାର୍ଶ୍ବ ଲାଗିବ ୨୨ ହଜାର ୪୧୦ ଗଛ।

The Odisha government today laid the foundation stone for a major ₹952 crore elevated corridor along the busy Jayadev Bihar (Jayadev Vihar)–Nandankanan stretch in Bhubaneswar. The project aims to ease traffic congestion and improve urban mobility by constructing an independent elevated road with integrated flyovers at key junctions including Jayadev Bihar Square, Kalinga Hospital Square, Damana Square and KIT Square.

The project will also feature a four-lane elevated corridor and is expected to transform one of the city’s most congested roads into a smoothly flowing transport artery. Additionally, about 22,410 trees will be planted along both sides of the road to support environmental sustainability alongside the infrastructure upgrade.

Officials say this elevated corridor will reduce ground-level traffic strain and enhance connectivity for commuters, making travel faster and safer in the capital region. This project is part of the state’s broader vision to modernise urban transport corridors across Odisha.
