A formal FIR has been registered against Jatra producer Ananta Narayan Dhal, popularly known as Nandu Babu, at Khandagiri Police Station in Odisha. The written complaint was lodged in the names of main actors Sai Satyajit Panda and Payal Patel by representatives of the Dr Harekrishna Mahatab Cultural Council, alleging mental harassment and threats by the Jatra owner to the artistes over recent days.
