Bhubaneswar’s Sahidnagar Police have arrested Deepak Baliarsingh, the alleged head of a fake recovery-agent gang, for illegally seizing vehicles and demanding extra money despite instalments being cleared. Police detained him after complaints that he posed as a recovery agent and forcibly lifted vehicles from roads. Following his arrest, he was forwarded to court.
