A man from Rasulabad, Uttar Pradesh — Nasir Ahmad — has been arrested for allegedly entering the Indian Army using forged educational certificates and a relative’s identity. Police say Ahmad managed to serve for years using these fake documents, escaping scrutiny until now. He was picked up during his sister’s wedding, exposing the long-running fraud. The incident has triggered serious questions over loopholes in army recruitment and document verification.
