The Crime Branch has arrested middleman Bishwaranjan Behera, taking the total number of arrests in the Police Sub-Inspector recruitment scam case to 118. Authorities are now intensifying efforts to trace Panchsoft company owner Shankar Prusti and Munna Mahanti.
