Following the viral audio allegedly linked to a bribe demand, the Jagatsinghpur District Collector has issued a show-cause notice to the District Labour Officer, seeking a reply within two days. The case pertains to Balikuda block construction worker Dhruva Charan Paital, who had applied for financial assistance from the Construction Workers’ Welfare Fund for his son’s and daughter’s education.
