A strong cold wave has gripped the entire state of Odisha, causing temperatures to plunge sharply even though winter arrived late this year. According to the latest weather observations, four major locations recorded minimum temperatures below 10°C. Kandhamal district remained the coldest region, with G. Udayagiri topping the chart at a biting 5.8°C.
