As the cold wave recedes, night temperatures across Odisha are set to rise over the next 2–3 days, bringing relief from the chill. The shift is attributed to outer cloud cover left by ex-cyclone Titwa, according to the state’s water-resources authorities. Residents can expect warmer nights and only partial cloudy or rainy spells in many areas.
