ସିଏମସି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଅଫିସ ସମୟରେ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ନଥିବାରୁ ଦେଖି ରାଗିଗଲେ କଟକ ସଦର ଵିଧାୟକ ପ୍ରକାଶ ସେଠୀ। ହଠାତ୍ ସିଏମସି ବିକାଶ ଭବନରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଵିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗ ବୁଲି ଦେଖିଥିଲେ ହେଲେ ଅନେକ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଡ୍ୟୁଟି ରେ ନଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ଚେୟାର ଫାଙ୍କା ପଡିଥିଲା। ଏକାଧିକ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନା ବାହାନା ଦେଖେଇଥିବାରୁ ରାଗିଯାଇଥିଲେ ଵିଧାୟକ।
