ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତାଙ୍କ ହାତରେ ଜେଲ ଗୁମର। ପଦାକୁ ଆସିଛି ଚୌଦ୍ବାର ଜେଲର 400 ଶହରୁ ଅଧିକ ଚିଠି। ଜେଲ ଅଧିକ୍ଷକ ସୁଜିତ୍ ରାଉଳ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ଲେଖିଥିବା ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ ଚିଠି ଏବେ ସର୍ବସାଧାରଣରେ ଘୁରି ବୁଲୁଛି। ଜେଲର ସନ୍ତୋଷୀନି ଦାଶଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ସୁଜିତ୍ ଏକ FIR ରୁଜୁ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହାର ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ FIR ତାଙ୍କ ସିଷ୍ଟମରୁ ଲିକ୍ ହୋଇ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମକୁ ଆସିଥିଲା। ଆଉ ଏହି ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ FIR ସହ ପଦାକୁ ଚାଲି ଆସିଛି ପାଖାପାଖି 4 ଶହ ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ ଲେଟର । ଯାହାକି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ E-Mail ଜରିଆରେ ଚୌଦ୍ଵାର ସର୍କଲ ଜେଲ ଅଧିକ୍ଷକ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି । ଏ ସବୁ ଚିଠି ଏବେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାର ବିଷୟ ପାଲଟିବା ସହ ଜେଲ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନେଇ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠିଛି।

A major disclosure has come to light at Choudwar Circle Jail in Odisha, where more than 400 draft letters written at different times by Jail Superintendent Sujit Raul have surfaced in the public domain. These documents, including a draft FIR, are now circulating widely among the general public and media, raising serious questions about jail administration and data security.
