A severe cold wave during the Magha month has tightened its grip across Odisha, causing widespread discomfort to people both indoors and outdoors. The Meteorological Department has issued a Yellow Warning for six districts — Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Khordha and Angul — warning of intense cold conditions.
