Bhubaneswar Records 9°C Night Temperature, Coldest in 13 Years

ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ରେକର୍ଡ କଲା ଶୀତ । ୯ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ଛୁଇଁଛି ରାଜଧାନୀର ରାତି ତାପମାତ୍ରା । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ତାପମାତ୍ର ୯.୪ ରେକର୍ଡ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହାପୂର୍ବରୁ ୨୦୧୨ରେ ୯.୩ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ଥିଲା । ୧୩ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଏକ ଅଙ୍କକୁ ଖସିଛି ରାଜଧାନୀର ପାରଦ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ୧୯୫୨ ମସିହାରେ ୯.୪ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ତାପମାତ୍ରା ହୋଇଥିଲା । ୧୯୯୨ରେ ୮.୬, ୨୦୦୩ରେ ୯ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ରେକର୍ଡ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେପଟେ ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା ୮.୮ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, କେନ୍ଦୁଝର ୯.୮ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ୧୨ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, ପାରାଦୀପ ୧୩.୪ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, ଚାନ୍ଦବାଲି ୧୩.୬ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, ଗୋପାଳପୁର ୧୪.୬ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, ପୁରୀ ୧୫.୪ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ତାପମାତ୍ରା ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି । ଗତକାଲି ଶିମିଳିପାଳରେ ଶୂନ ଡିଗ୍ରୀକୁ ଚାଲିଯାଇଥିଲା ପାରଦ। ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଥଣ୍ଡା ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରୁଥିବାରୁ ଆହୁରି ବଢ଼ିବ ଜାଡ଼। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆହୁରି ୩ ଦିନ ଯାଏଁ ଲାଗି ରହିବ ଶୀତ ଲହରୀ।

The capital city Bhubaneswar has recorded a historic drop in night temperature, touching 9.4 degrees Celsius, marking the coldest night in the last 13 years. Earlier, the lowest temperature was 9.3°C in 2012. With this, the mercury has fallen to single digits once again after over a decade.

Weather data shows that Bhubaneswar had earlier recorded 9.4°C in 1952, 8.6°C in 1992, and 9°C in 2003. Meanwhile, other parts of Odisha also experienced severe cold conditions. Jharsuguda recorded 8.8°C, Keonjhar 9.8°C, Balasore 12°C, Paradip 13.4°C, Chandbali 13.6°C, Gopalpur 14.6°C, and Puri 15.4°C. On Tuesday, the mercury dropped close to zero degrees Celsius at Similipal.
