ବିଜେପିରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବାକୁ ଦରଖାସ୍ତ କରିଥିବାରୁ ଭଣ୍ଡାରିପୋଖରୀ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସମିତି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷାଙ୍କୁ ଧମକ। ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବିଜେଡି ନେତା ଧମକ ଦେଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ । ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଅନୁସାରେ, ବିଜେପିରେ ଯୋଗଦାନ ପାଇଁ ଭଣ୍ଡାରିପୋଖରୀ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସମିତି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ସୁମତୀ ସେଠୀ ଦରଖାସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଗତ ୨ ଦିନ ହେବ ବିଜୁ ଜନତା ଦଳର କେତେକ ନେତା ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦଳ ନଛାଡ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ୟ କରି ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାନ କରିବାରୁ ଗତ ଶନିବାର ରାତିରେ କେତେକ ଅସାମାଜିକ ଲୋକ ତାଙ୍କ ଘରକୁ ପଥର ମାଡ଼ କରିବା ସହ ଜାତିଆଣ ଆକ୍ଷେପ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏପରିକି ଦଳ ଛାଡିଲେ ଜୀବନରୁ ମାରି ଦିଆଯିବ ବୋଲି ଧମକ ଦେଇଥିବା ନେଇ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି।

Bhandaripokhari Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Sumati Sethi has alleged that she is receiving threats after applying to join the Bharatiya Janata Party. According to her complaint, some local leaders of the Biju Janata Dal have been pressuring her for the past two days not to leave the party.

She further claimed that when she refused to withdraw her application, a group of miscreants attacked her house on Saturday night, pelting stones and hurling casteist remarks. She has also alleged that she was threatened with death if she quits the BJD.

The incident has triggered tension in the locality, with the Chairperson seeking action against those responsible for the threats and intimidation.
