ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ବାଲେଶ୍ୱରର ପଥର ଶିଳ୍ପୀ ଉପେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବେହେରା। ଗତ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୨୭ ତାରିଖରେ ଲୋକ ଭବନ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ବିଶ୍ୱରୂପ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଯାହାକୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଥିଲେ ଉପେନ୍ଦ୍ର ।
Stone sculptor Upendra Behera from Balasore has been honoured by the President of India for his outstanding craftsmanship. On November 27, the Vishwaroop sculpture installed in front of Lok Bhavan was inaugurated by the President.
