The development comes amid frequent reports of Ama Bus accidents across various cities of the state and allegations that inexperienced drivers are being appointed.

The poster clearly states that anyone referring a driver will receive ₹3,000 as an incentive. However, it remains unclear whether this recruitment method has official government approval or if the state government is even aware of such a referral-based hiring process.
