୨୫ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣପୁର ଗାଁରେ ଜଳିଲା ଆଲୁଅ। ଗାଁରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଶୁଭ ଉଦଘାଟନ କଲେ ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ। ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣପୁର ଗାଁରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ନଥିଲା। ଏନେଇ ଓଟିଭିରେ ଖବର ପ୍ରସାରଣ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଓଟିଭି ପ୍ରସାରିତ ଖବର ଦେଖି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଗାଁକୁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଯୋଗାଇବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶର ୧୦ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣପୁର ଗାଁରେ ଜଳିଛି ଆଲୁଅ।

In Subarnapur village of Ganjam district, Odisha, residents finally celebrated the arrival of electricity after 25 long years. Following a report by OTV highlighting the lack of power, the Chief Minister promptly ordered electricity supply — and within 10 days, the village lit up. The District Collector inaugurated the new power connections, bringing relief and joy to the villagers.

“Today our village glows with light — a dream fulfilled after decades,” said a jubilant resident, as families switched on their lights and celebrated with music and cheer. The restoration marks a major success in rural infrastructure development and demonstrates how media exposure plus swift governance can change lives.
