After the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) enforced a stricter Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for changing the Date of Birth on Aadhaar cards, common people are facing serious difficulties. Citizens are now forced to make repeated visits to Jan Seva Kendras to update their details.

The problem is more severe for those who have not updated the same date of birth across other valid documents like Aadhaar and Voter ID. Such individuals are finding themselves stuck in procedural complications, leading to frustration and public anger.
