41 Leaders Quit Congress in Odisha, Mohammed Moquim’s Supporters Resign En Masse

କଂଗ୍ରେସରୁ ସମୂହ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଲେ ମୋକିମଙ୍କ ସମର୍ଥକ। ଆଜି ୪୧ ଜଣ ନେତା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଛାଡିଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ପୂର୍ବତନ ପିସିସି ସମ୍ପାଦକ, ପୂର୍ବତନ ମୁଖପାତ୍ର, ପୂର୍ବତନ ବ୍ଲକ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି, ମହିଳା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସମ୍ପାଦକ, ଯୁବ ଓ ଛାତ୍ର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା। ରାଜ୍ୟ କଂଗ୍ରେସର ଅପାରଗ ନେତୃତ୍ବକୁ ଦାୟୀ କରି ସେମାନେ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କଂଗ୍ରେସରୁ ମହମ୍ମଦ ମୋକିମଙ୍କୁ ବହିଷ୍କାରକୁ ନେଇ ତାଙ୍କ ସମର୍ଥକ ଖପ୍ପା ଥିଲେ।

A major setback for the Odisha Congress as 41 leaders resigned from the party on Saturday. Those who quit include former PCC secretaries, former spokespersons, block Congress presidents, Mahila Congress office-bearers, and youth and student leaders. Holding the state Congress leadership responsible, the leaders said they were unhappy with the party’s functioning. The mass resignation comes amid strong resentment among supporters of Mohammed Moquim following his expulsion from the Congress.
