୩ ବରିଷ୍ଠ IASଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିଛି ପଦୋନ୍ନତି। ୧୯୯୬ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍ ର ୩ ବରିଷ୍ଠ IASଙ୍କୁ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ସେମାନେ ହେଲେ ଶାଶ୍ବତ ମିଶ୍ର, ବିଶାଳ ଦେବ ଓ ଉଷା ପାଢ଼ୀ। ଏହି ତିନି ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ପାହ୍ୟାକୁ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ମିଳିଛି।

The Odisha government has promoted three senior IAS officers of the 1996 batch. The officers — Shashwata Mishra, Vishal Dev, and Usha Padhi — have been elevated to the rank of Additional Chief Secretary.
