₹2.14 Crore Reward for 15 Maoists After Surrender Under Odisha Government Policy

ଆତ୍ମସମର୍ପଣ ପରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ମାଓବାଦୀ ସରେଣ୍ଡର ନୀତି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କେତେ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବେ ନିଖିଲ ଦମ୍ପତ୍ତିଙ୍କ ସହ 15 ଜଣ ମାଓବାଦୀ। ମାଓ କ୍ୟାଡର ହିସାବରେ ନିଖିଲ ଓ ପତ୍ନୀ ଇନ୍ଦୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ କମିଟି ମେମ୍ବର ଥିବାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ 55 ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏ ପୁରସ୍କାର ରାଶି ମିଳିବ।

As per the Odisha government’s Maoist surrender policy, a total of 15 surrendered Maoists, including top leader Nikhil and his wife Indu, will receive financial incentives based on their cadre and surrendered weapons. Being State Committee Members, Nikhil and Indu will get ₹55 lakh each, along with an additional ₹3.30 lakh each for surrendering AK-47 rifles. Divisional Committee Member Bikash alias Sunil will receive ₹22 lakh plus ₹1.65 lakh for arms. Five Area Committee Members will get ₹11 lakh each, while eight party members will receive ₹1.65 lakh each. Overall, ₹1.98 crore will be given as cadre-based rewards and ₹15.89 lakh for surrendered weapons, taking the total payout to ₹2.14 crore.
