In a tragic incident in Sundargarh district, a bus plummeted into a roadside ditch after colliding with a motorcycle, resulting in the death of the biker and injuries to over 15 passengers aboard the bus. The accident occurred near Basu Bahal, close to Lingaraj, within the jurisdiction of Lahunipada Police Station. The motorcyclist died at the scene, while the bus veered off the road and fell approximately 10 feet into a ditch, injuring several passengers. The injured were promptly rescued and taken to nearby medical facilities.
