ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ବର୍ଷ ବିତୁଛି, କିନ୍ତୁ କାମ ସରୁନି । ପାଣିରେ ପଡିଲା ଲକ୍ଷ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା । ୧୧ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ବି ସରିନି ୨୦ଟି ଦୋକାନ ଘର କାମ । ୨୦୧୪ରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ବଜ଼ାର କମିଟି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ କମ୍ପ୍ଲେକ୍ସର ନିର୍ମାଣକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ । ଏବେ ଶୋଚନୀୟ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଦୋକାନ ଘର ।

Years have passed, but the work remains unfinished. The construction of 20 shop rooms under a rural complex project initiated by the Kendrapada Regulated Market Committee in 2014 is still incomplete even after 11 years.

Lakhs of rupees of public money have effectively gone down the drain, with the unfinished shop rooms now lying in a pathetic and dilapidated condition.
