ଗେଲୁ ତୁ ଚିପୁଡ଼ି ଦେଲୁ ଦିଲ୍ ଟା । ଏ ଗୀତ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ସୁପର ହିଟ୍ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିଙ୍କୁ ମତୁଆଲା କରିଥିଲା । ଆଉ ଆଜି ଏ ଗୀତର ଶ୍ରଷ୍ଠା ସାଢ଼େ ଓଡ଼ିଶାବାସୀଙ୍କ ଦିଲକୁ ଦୋହୋଲାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଭଜନ ହେଉ କି ଆଲବମ୍ କି କୌଣସି ସିନେମାର ଗୀତ ସବୁ କିଛିରେ ଅଭିଜିତଙ୍କ କଣ୍ଠ ସ୍ବର ଓ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାକୁ ଲୋକେ ପସନ୍ଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
The creator of the superhit song “Gelu Tu Chipudi Delu Dil Ta”, which once swept Odisha and captivated the youth, has left the state in deep grief. Legendary Odia singer and music director Abhijit Majumdar passed away on Thursday after battling illness for the last five months. He suffered a cardiac arrest at 7:43 AM, was rushed to AIIMS Bhubaneswar, and was declared dead by doctors at 9:00 AM. His last rites will be performed at Swargadwar in Puri.
