ଜଣେ ମା’ର କୋହ ଭରା ଗୁହାରୀ । ମୋ ପୁଅକୁ ନ୍ୟାୟ ମିଳୁ । ନହେଲେ ଏମିତି କେତେ ପୁଅଙ୍କୁ ଝିଅ ହତ୍ୟା କରିବେ । ସେଦିନ ଭେଣ୍ଡିଆ ପୁଅଟାର ମୃତଦେହ ମଶାଣିକୁ ଯିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ, ଇଏ ମା’ ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହରାହୋଇ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ପିଟୁଥିଲା । ଗାଁର ଶହଶହ ଲୋକ କାନ୍ଦି କାନ୍ଦି ତା’ ପୁଅକୁ ମଶାଣିରେ ଶେଷ ବିଦାୟ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।
A mother from Kolathala village under Kuakhia Police Station in Jajpur district is begging — “Give justice to my son, or else how many more boys will be killed over girls?” She says, before her son’s last rites, she was crying uncontrollably and the entire village followed his funeral in tears. Today, with a heavy heart and grief-heavy voice, she presses for justice.
