ବଦଳିବେ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗର ଗାଦିମଡ଼ା ବାବୁ। ଗୋଟିଏ ଜାଗାରେ ବର୍ଷ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ରହିପାରିବେନି ସ୍କୁଲ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗର ଅଫିସର। ପ୍ରତି ୩ ବର୍ଷରେ ହେବ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଟ୍ରାନସଫର। ନିଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କିମ୍ବା ବ୍ଲକରେ ମଧ୍ୟ କାମ କରି ପାରିବେନି ଅଧିକାରୀ। ଏ ନେଇ ସବୁ DEOଙ୍କୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ। ସେପଟେ ବିଭାଗର ଏ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ସଂଘ ସ୍ବାଗତ କରିବା ସହ ଅନ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗରେ ବି ଲାଗୁ ପାଇଁ କରିଛି ଦାବି।

The Odisha School and Mass Education Department has issued new instructions mandating compulsory transfers for its officers every three years. Known colloquially as "Gadimuda Babu," these officials will no longer be allowed to remain stationed in one location for years or work within their own district or block. The directive has been sent to all District Education Officers (DEOs) to ensure strict compliance.
