ପାର୍ବଣ ବେଳେ ବାତ୍ୟା ସିନା ଆସୁନି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଲଘୁଚାପ ଘାଣ୍ଟିବ ବାତ୍ୟା ଭଳି।ଦକ୍ଷିଣରୁ ଉପକୂଳ। ନିର୍ଧୁମ କାଚିବ ବର୍ଷା। କେଉଁଠି ଅଣଚାଷ ପବନ ମାଡ଼ରେ ଭାଙ୍ଗିପାରେ ଗଛ ସହ ମାଟିକାନ୍ଥର ଘର ତ ଆଉ କେଉଁଠି ଧୋଇଯାଇପାରେ ରାସ୍ତା ଘାଟ। ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟଚିହ୍ନିତ ଲଘୁଚାପ । ୧୨ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଅବପାତର ରୂପ ନେବ। ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଉପକୂଳ ସମେତ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଜାରି। ମାଲକାନଗିରି, କୋରାପୁଟ, କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି। ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ଯାଏଁ ଏହି ୩ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପାଇଁ ରହିଛି ବଡ଼ ବିପଦ। ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି ରେଡ୍ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ। ଅର୍ଥାତ ଏହି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଭାବ ପକାଇପାରେ ଅବପାତ। ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଥିବା ୧୪ ଏବଂ ୟେଲୋ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଥିବା ୧୩ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୨୮ ଯାଏଁ ବର୍ଷା ଦାଉରୁ ତ୍ରାହି ନାହିଁ। ସମୁଦ୍ର ଉପକୂଳରେ ତ ୪୦ରୁ ୬୦ କିମି ବେଗରେ ପବନ ବହିବ। ଆଜିଠୁ ବର୍ଷାର ପରିମାଣ ବଢ଼ି ୨୯ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ଲାଗି ରହିବ।

Heavy rainfall alert issued across Odisha as a depression over the Bay of Bengal intensifies. The system is expected to deepen within 12 hours, bringing intense rain and gusty winds to southern and coastal Odisha districts, including Malkangiri, Koraput, and Kalahandi. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a Red Warning for these high-risk areas, effective until 29th September.
