A serious double sexual-offence case has come to light from Arakhkud village under Redhakhol Police Station in Sambalpur district. The accused, Pramod Pradhan, along with a minor, has been arrested after allegations that they raped a younger sister and attempted to rape her elder sister — who was returning home by bus from college on Saturday evening.
