In the latest Union Budget, Odisha has received a higher allocation of funds compared to the previous budget, aimed at accelerating the state’s development. Nityananda Gond, from the School and Mass Education Department, said the increased budget share will support key sectors across the state. Priority areas include education, health and transportation (movement of people and goods), in line with the state’s vision of becoming more developed.
