Naveen Patnaik reacted after Santrupt Misra and Datteshwar Hota filed their nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha elections in Odisha. Speaking to the media after the nominations were submitted, the BJD chief welcomed both candidates.

Patnaik said he welcomes the two candidates who have filed their nominations, acknowledging their participation in the electoral process.

When asked about the possibility of a political alliance, Naveen Patnaik responded cautiously, saying “time will tell the future,” indicating that developments regarding any alliance will become clear later.
