ସମ୍ବଲପୁରରେ ମହାନଦୀ ବିବାଦର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ୍ ଟିମ୍ । ବୁର୍ଲାରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୈଠକରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ପରେ ହୀରାକୁଦ ସ୍ପିଲୱେ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ବୈଠକ ପରେ ଆଡଭୋକେଟ୍ ଜେନେରାଲ ପତାମ୍ବର ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି, 'ଓଡ଼ିଶାବାସୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ବାର୍ଥକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ କରାଯିବ । ସମାଧାନର ବାଟ ଖୋଜା ଚାଲିଛି । ନୂଆ ସରକାର ଆସିବା ପରେ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । 'ଦୁଇ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆପୋଷ ମିଳାମିଶା ଜରିଆରେ ସମାଧାନ ହେବ । ଓଡ଼ିଶାବାସୀ ମହାନଦୀ ଜଳର କିପରି ସୁବିନିଯୋଗ କରିବେ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବ । 'ଓଡ଼ିଶା ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ତା'ର ହକ୍ ପାଇବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଜାରି ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ଏଜି କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

The Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal team is reviewing the long-pending river dispute in Sambalpur, Odisha. After holding a crucial meeting in Burla, the team visited the Hirakud spillway area for inspection. The review aims to assess ground realities and explore a resolution to the inter-state river water conflict.

Speaking after the meeting, Odisha Advocate General Pitambar Acharya said, “The issue will be resolved keeping in mind the interests of the people of Odisha. Efforts are underway to find a solution.” He added that after the formation of the new government, renewed initiatives have begun to address the matter.
