From the sacred temple city of Puri in Odisha, a vast devotional scene unfolded at Belabhumi on the auspicious occasion of Govinda Dwadashi, where thousands of devotees, sadhus and pilgrims joined a grand Shobhayatra procession from the Badachhata Math and poured onto the coastal stretch to perform the Govinda Dwadashi Snan (ritual holy bath) in the Mahodadhi waters, creating a spectacular display of faith and cultural devotion as worshippers came together to offer prayers and seek blessings on this revered day in the Hindu calendar.
