ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସକ୍ରିୟା ରହିଛି ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତ। ଉତ୍ତର ଉତ୍ତରପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଘଣ୍ଟାପ୍ରତି ୧୦ କିମି ବେଗରେ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହେଉଛି। ଆଜି ମଧ୍ୟରାତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ପାହାନ୍ତିଆ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡିଶା ଉପକୂଳ ସମେତ ପାର୍ଶ୍ବବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ଉପକୂଳକୁ ଏହା ପାରାଦ୍ୱୀପରୁ ଗୋପାଳପୁର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉପକୂଳ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର, କଟକ ସମେତ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଉପକୂଳ ଓଡିଶାରେ ତୁହାକୁ ତୁହା ବର୍ଷା ହେବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଧୋଇଯାଇପାରେ ଦଶହରା ଓ ରାବଣ ପୋଡ଼ି ମଜା। ମୂଷଳଧାରାରେ ବର୍ଷା ନେଇ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି କରିଛି ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୩ ଦିନ ପ୍ରବଳରୁ ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି।

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning as a deep depression over the Bay of Bengal continues to move north-northwest at a speed of 10 kmph. According to forecasts, it is likely to cross the coast between Paradip and Gopalpur, covering parts of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, between midnight and tomorrow morning.
