ଏଣିକି ସୁବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥିତ ହେବ ପାର୍ଟ ପ୍ଲଟ୍ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ। ଗତ କିଛିମାସ ଧରି ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଥିବା ପାର୍ଟ ପ୍ଲଟ୍ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ଏସଓପି ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି ସରକାର। ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣକୁ ସୁବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏଥିରେ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିଛି। ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଦ୍ବାରା ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଅସଙ୍ଗତିକୁ ଦୂର ହେବ ଆଉ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ହେବ। ତେବେ ଜମି କ୍ରେତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ବେଶ ସୁହାଇବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ରିୟଲ ଇଷ୍ଟେଟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ କିଛିଟା କଟକଣା ରହିଛି। ତେବେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଆଇନଗତ ପ୍ରତିବନ୍ଧକ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିପାରେ ବୋଲି ମତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ଆଇନଜୀବୀ।

This step aims to streamline the process, reduce conflicts among registration officers, and benefit the general public, especially land buyers.
