Gold and silver prices have declined sharply following an unwarranted price surge. The price of 24-carat gold has dropped by ₹8,230, while 22-carat gold has fallen by ₹7,550. Silver prices have also declined by ₹10,000 per kg. The revised rates reflect the latest correction in the bullion market.

After the reduction, 24-carat gold is now priced at ₹1,70,620 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stands at ₹1,56,400 per 10 grams. Notably, gold prices had increased by ₹11,770 in a single day yesterday, making today’s drop significant. Silver is currently priced at ₹4,15,000 per kg following the decline.
