ସରିଲା ଦଶ'ରା । ଆଜି ବିଦାୟ ନେଉଛନ୍ତି ମାଆ। ଟ୍ୱିନ୍ ସିଟିରେ ମାଆଙ୍କ ଭସାଣ ଉତ୍ସବ ଲାଗି ପୋଲିସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଆଜି ସକାଳୁ ସକାଳୁ କଟକରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପୂଜା କମିଟିର ମେଢ଼ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସାହି ପରିକ୍ରମା ପରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଘାଟ ଅଭିମୁଖେ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି । ଭୋର ୩ଟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମୋଟ ୧୨ଟି ମେଢ଼ କଟକ ଦେବୀଗଡ଼ାରେ ବିସର୍ଜନ କରାଯାଇସାରିଲାଣି । ସେହିଭଳି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ କୁଆଖାଇ ଓ ଦୟା ନଦୀରେ କୂଳରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେବୀଙ୍କ ମୃଣ୍ମୟୀ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ବିସର୍ଜନ ଲାଗି ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ପୋଖରୀର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି ।

The grand festival of Dussehra has concluded, and Goddess Durga is being given a ceremonial farewell through idol immersion in the Twin City of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. In Cuttack, idol processions from various Puja Committees moved through College Chhak, Ranihat, Mangalabag, Buxibazar, Dargah Bazaar, and Choudhury Bazaar before reaching Debigada Ghat. By 3 a.m., 12 idols had already been immersed. In Bhubaneswar, arrangements were made at the Kuakhai and Daya riverbanks, where temporary ponds were set up for immersion.
