In Durgapur, the father of a victim has strongly criticized West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for her inaction regarding the safety of girls. He demanded that she issue a directive to prevent any girl from facing harm and called for her resignation if she cannot enforce the law effectively.
