ଗଜପତି ମହେନ୍ଦ୍ରଗିରିରେ ଭୂସ୍ଖଳନ ପରେ ଫସି ରହିଥିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧକାଳୀନ ଭିତ୍ତିରେ କରାଯାଇଛି ଉଦ୍ଧାର । ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଭାବେ ୨୪ ଜଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ପର୍ବତ ଉପରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇଛି । ରାତି ଅଧରେ JCB ମେସିନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ରାସ୍ତା ସଫା ପରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ପର୍ବତ ତଳକୁ ଅଣାଯାଇଛି ।

On Mahendragiri hill in Gajapati district, Odisha, 24 tourists who were trapped by a landslide overnight were safely rescued. Using JCB machines, road clearance was done in the dead of night; forest officials, police and fire service lent support in bringing them down to safety. Under the direction of the Chief Minister, Steel & Mines Minister Bibhuti Bhushan Jena also reached the site.
