ଆରବ ସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା ବାତ୍ୟା 'ଶକ୍ତି'। ଆଗାମୀ ୨୪ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ପଶ୍ଚିମ-ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଆଗକୁ ବଢି ଆହୁରି ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ଏକ ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟାର ରୂପ ନେବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଗତ ୬ ଘଣ୍ଟା ହେଲା ପଶ୍ଚିମ -ଉତ୍ତର ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଘଣ୍ଟାକୁ ୮ କିଲୋମିଟର ବେଗରେ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ୁଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରକାଠାରୁ ୨୮୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୂରରେ ରହିଛି। ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟା ଶକ୍ତି ଓମାନ୍ କିମ୍ୱା ୟେମେନ୍ ମୁହାଁ ହେବ ବୋଲି ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରାଯାଉଛି।
