In Bhubaneswar, Odisha, a court has delivered a landmark judgment under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), sentencing Deepak Kumar Sahu, a habitual vehicle thief, to 10 years’ imprisonment and imposing a ₹1 lakh fine in an organised crime case.
