In a unique outreach initiative in Odisha’s Cuttack district, Athagarh Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Prahlad Narayan Sharma rode 100 km by bicycle through his sub-division to connect with local residents. Sharma began the journey from the Athagarh SDM’s office and cycled through Tigiria and Badamba to Narsinghpur, engaging with community members along the way.
