A 60-year-old man from Sanagada village in Nayagarh district of Odisha landed in a dangerous situation after climbing down a nearly 30-foot-deep well to rescue his pet goat. During the rescue attempt, the elderly man misjudged the depth of the well and got trapped inside, struggling to breathe.

According to the report, the man descended into the well in an effort to save the animal but soon found himself stuck in the confined space under suffocating conditions, creating a life-threatening situation.

Sanagada village, located in the Nayagarh district of Odisha, is a rural area where wells are commonly used for water supply. The incident highlights the risks involved when attempting rescue operations without proper safety measures.
