24 Tourists Rescued After Mahendragiri Landslide; Search Continues for Missing Father-Son

ଗଜପତି ମହେନ୍ଦ୍ରଗିରିରେ ଭୂସ୍ଖଳନ ପରେ ଫସି ରହିଥିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧକାଳୀନ ଭିତ୍ତିରେ କରାଯାଇଛି ଉଦ୍ଧାର । ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଭାବେ ୨୪ ଜଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ପର୍ବତ ଉପରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇଛି । ରାତି ଅଧରେ JCB ମେସିନ ଦ୍ବାରା ରାସ୍ତା ସଫା ପରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ପର୍ବତ ତଳକୁ ଅଣାଯାଇଛି । ବନ ବିଭାଗ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ପୋଲିସ ସହଯୋଗରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତଳକୁ ଅଣାଯାଇଛି । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ କ୍ରମେ ଖଣି ଓ ଇସ୍ପାତ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିଭୂତି ଭୂଷଣ ଜେନା ଗଜପତିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛନ୍ତି । ସେପଟେ ରାୟଗଡ଼ ବ୍ଲକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ପେକେଟ ଗାଁରେ ଭୂସ୍ଖଳନ ପରେ ବାପ ଆଉ ପୁଅ ନିଖୋଜ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବିଭାଗର ଟିମ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି ।

After a landslide at Mahendragiri in Gajapati district, 24 tourists were rescued safely from the mountains. The road was cleared using JCB machinery, and rescue operations were conducted overnight with the support of the forest department and police.
