ଓଡିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନୂତନ ନିୟମ ଅନୁସାରେ ଶ୍ରେଣୀକକ୍ଷରେ ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ ମଜାମସ୍ତି କିମ୍ବା ବିଘ୍ନ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ନାହିଁ । ଲେକ୍ଚର ସମୟରେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଓ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଗମ୍ଭୀରତା ଓ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ରକ୍ଷା କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ।
ଏହି ନିୟମର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ଶିକ୍ଷାର ମାନ ଉନ୍ନତ କରିବା ଓ ପାଠପଢ଼ା ପାଇଁ ଭଲ ପରିବେଶ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ।
