ଧଉଳିର ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦାନ୍ତ ଖଳନାୟକ ଜ୍ଞାନ ରଞ୍ଜନ ସାହୁଙ୍କ ହଠାତ୍‌ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ପରେ ପରିଚାଳକଙ୍କ ଅକଲ ଗୁଡୁମ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା, ସେହି ଦିନ ନାଟକ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଆଉ କିଛି ସମୟ ବାକି ଥାଏ, ନାଟକର ସିନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଲା ବେଳକୁ ନାୟକ ରୁଦ୍ର ମଞ୍ଚକୁ ଟାଣି ନେଇଥିଲେ ଆଉ ଜ୍ଞାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଅଭିନୟ କରିବାକୁ କହିଥିଲେ । ସେହିଦିନ ଠାରୁ ଗଲୁଆ ବାବା ଧଉଳି ଗଣନାଟ୍ୟର ପାର୍ଶ୍ଵ ଖଳନାୟକ ଭାବେ ଅଭିନୟ ଜାରି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି।
