ମାନସିକ ଅନଗ୍ରସର ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ଉନ୍ମତ୍ତ କାଣ୍ଡ । ନିଜ ବାପା ଭାଇ ଓ ପଡ଼ୋଶୀଙ୍କୁ ହାଣିଲା । ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ବାପା ଓ ପଡ଼ୋଶୀ ଦୁଇ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । ଭାଇ ଗୁରୁତର ହୋଇ କରଞ୍ଜିଆ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କରଞ୍ଜିଆ ଥାନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କୁଶପଦା ଗାଁରେ ଏପରି ହୃଦୟ ବିଦାରକ ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି । ଗାଁର ଯୁବକ ମଣ୍ଟୁ ପାତ୍ର ଆଜି ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସମୟରେ ନିଜ ବାପା ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ପାତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଏକ କୁରାଢ଼ୀରେ ହାଣି ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଏହା ଘଟଣା ପଡ଼ୋଶୀ ଗଣେଶ୍ୱର ପାତ୍ର ଦେଖି ଦେବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ହାଣି ଦେଇଛି । ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଚିତ୍କାର ଶୁଣି ସାନ ଭାଇ ଦୌଡି ଆସିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମଣ୍ଟୁ ହାଣି ଦେଇଥିବା କୁହାଯାଉଛି । ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ କରଞ୍ଜିଆ ଥାନା ପୋଲିସ ପହଞ୍ଚି ତନାଘନା କରୁଛି । ଏପରି ଜଘନ୍ୟ ହତ୍ୟାକାଣ୍ଡ ପଛର କାରଣ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିନାହିଁ ।

A shocking and heart-rending incident has been reported from Kushapada village under Karanjia Police Station in Mayurbhanj district. A youth, identified as Mantu Patra, allegedly attacked his own family members and a neighbour with an axe.

According to available information, Mantu Patra first assaulted his father, Prafulla Patra, resulting in his death on the spot. When neighbour Ganeshwar Patra witnessed the attack, he was also brutally assaulted and died. Hearing the screams, the younger brother rushed to the spot and was seriously injured in the attack. He has been admitted to Karanjia Hospital in a critical condition.
